The tale of Dorothy the Dinosaur.

Aunty Kim and Uncle Barrie gave Felix a very special Wiggles 'Dorothy the Dinosaur' tail for his birthday.

At first Felix was quite overwhelmed at having his very own dinosaur tail.
But it has fast become very popular chez nous.

He insisted on wearing it whilst he played with his new train set,

He insisted on wearing it all afternoon at his special birthday playgroup,

... and Felix even insisted on wearing it at breakfast time.

Although Mummy did put her foot down when he wanted to wear it to the garderie. Not really sure how we would get him into the Maclaren with a metre long green and yellow tail??

Cheeky little monkey!

Any ideas on how to keep a tail warm during a chilly Parisian winter?

And how will we convince Felix not to pack it for his trip to Australia in February?

You could try knitting a Tail blanky :)

Today we were buying Xmas lights in Target and this Dad walked past me with Dorothy the Dinosaur under his arm - she was taller than Felix - I did ponder for 30 seconds, hmmmn how would mummy go on the plane home?

You might have to find some special dinosour tail sunscreen for Sydney :)

Maybe we could find a 'tail rasher' at the Cancer Council - you know SPF 50+!!!

Yes maybe the tail had better stay in Paris. Wouldn't want it getting sunburnt. Already seems to have a few yellow spots already!
