Grape season.

So grape season is well and truly upon us here in France and Felix just LOVES his grapes. Each weekend Felix and Daddy get a nice big bunch of grapes from our local markets.

Felix is particularly partial to the red ones and it's pretty impossible to open the fridge without Felix asking for some grapes.

He likes to have them from his little cup and pick them one by one of the stem and doesn't seem to mind eating the little seeds inside.

Guess Mummy and Daddy had better stock up some more grapes pretty quickly.

I was under the impression that Mummy and Daddy had already stocked up on grapes... well, in the fermented version... Good on Felix to show such a distinguished taste for that fruit...

Bon Bapa is right, we are awaiting the delivery of 'fermented grapes'. It should see us through the looming festive season. Stocks are currently low chez nous so we can't wait!!

Got the message... I guess that you are short of Rosé de Provence for the oysters and other sea food delicacies ?...
When Felix reads this in a few year's time, he will be horrified, if not, seriously involved in making comparisons between the vintages of the Borossa Valley and those of the Loire Vallée ?
