Bubbles.

Recently Felix has really taken to bubbles.

He loves trying to blow them in parks, loves playing with them in the bath
(organic baby bubble bath of course) and generally loves trying to spot bubbles when we are out and about.

So we thought what better place to take him to than the land of bubbles. Champagne. We uncovered the town of Reims and then visited Piper-Heidsieck
(one of Mummy's favourite champagnes).

We went down into the cave and and started hunting for those promised bubbles.

Luckily for Felix there was a Disney style car to take us through the cave and through the history of Piper. Afterwards we had our tasting of the delicious Piper, whilst Felix nibbled on a gâteau (biscuit) and watched the golden bubbles in our Champagne flutes.

Mummy offered Felix a little taste from her finger expecting him to screw up his face and say 'Blah'. But instead he proceeded to put his finger into everyone's flute for yet another taste.

Daddy's...

And Nanny's...

Tatse after taste until all the flutes were empty
(although there was considerable help from Mummy, Daddy, Nanny and Pappy).

It was then time to walk it all off in the Piper garden with Nanny.

And then it was back into the car (or the 'Brrrooom Brroooom' as Felix calls it) to reflect on the bubbly afternoon and to wash it all down with some volcanic water.
