Daddy and the park.

Felix likes to spend either his mornings or afternoons at the park and there is nothing better than going with Mummy AND Daddy!

Daddy likes to get into all the action with Felix...

Bringing tears to Felix's eye (and Mummy's).

What more could a little boy want out of life?

Such great fun!

Dunc and Soph.

Today we visited Uncle Duncan and Aunty Sophie in their beautiful Bondi apartment for a delicious breakfast, before they set off on their honeymoon.

After breaky we zipped back to Surry Hills in the Mini (to Felix's delight) before we said our goodbyes.
Hopefully we'll see you guys sometime in europe summer.

Little Boys and Beaches.

Well you can take the boy out of Paris, but you can't take Paris out of the boy.

It seems our little Frogssie isn't an overly big fan of the surf despite spending the whole weekend at the beach.

Yes Mummy and Daddy found it pretty tough going to lure young Felix down to the water, let alone to get his feet wet.

Nevertheless he did have fun playing in the sand and chasing those seagulls at the gorgeous Pearl Beach.

Maybe we'll have to hang out at Paris Plage (the beach they create on the banks of the Seine) during summer this year.

Bye bye Pearl Beach!

The wedding of Duncan and Sophie.

Saturday was the long awaited day itself - The Wedding of Duncan and Sophie at Pearl Beach.

Felix and Daddy both had fabulous new shirts to wear and looked very dashing.

Felix was very captivated in the very special beachside wedding ceremony.

After the formalities it was time for the fun of socialising...

And some bubble blowing...

And with the full moon that night it certainly was a magical day. Congrats Duncan and Sophie.

Pearl Beach.

On Friday, Felix, Mummy, Daddy and Nanna Carol did a road trip to Pearl Beach (about an hour north of Sydney) for Duncan and Sophie's wedding on the Saturday afternoon.

It was a gorgeous afternoon so first stop was the beach, where Daddy immediately went for a lovely swim whilst Felix, Mummy and Nanna Carol enjoyed the sunshine.

Felix wasn't overly sure of the crashing waves and certainly wasn't too keen on following Daddy into the ocean.

But with a new bucket and lots of sand to play with Felix certainly seemed to enjoy himself.

Lily and Eli.

Thursday morning Felix and Mummy caught up with Elle and Sofia for a little playgroup at Elle's house in Paddington.
Felix munched down on muffins and fruit whilst Mummy enjoyed meeting Lily...
...6 months old and gorgeous!
And Sofia and beautiful 8 week old Eli were also there ...
What a sweetie!

Who would have thought when the Mummies used to work at McCann Sydney that we would be sitting here a few years later with our little bubs!

Taronga Zoo.

No trip to Sydney would be complete without a ferry ride on Sydney Harbour. And that is exactly what we did on Monday morning en route for Taronga Zoo.

At the Zoo we met Ash and Luka and caught the Sky Safari (Luka's favourite) up to the entrance.

We saw lots of animals including some snakes, the giraffes (with the best view at the Zoo)...

The Chimpanzees...

Some Elephants...

And amazingly enough, Felix even managed to score a turn patting an elephant (with Ernie Dingo)!

And of course being a zoo there were also lots of lions & tigers ...

And Felix's favourite - the gorillas.

What a great day at the zoo!!

Felix and Luke.

Felix has made yet another friend in Sydney, young Luke who is a few weeks younger than Felix.

We visited Luke and his Grandma Kate in Paddington (with Nanny and Bappy) and of course Felix and Luke hit it off instantly.

They had great fun playing with the hose - so Mummy is going to tuck away that idea for summer in Paris.

Nanny & Bappy in Sydney.

Nanny and Bappy joined us in Sydney for the weekend. They were quite surprised how much young Felix had grown in the past 6 months. First stop was an Paddy Bedford exhibition at the MCA. Followed by a leisurely walk around The Rocks area. A nice relaxed Saturday.

Breaky with Milton.

Saturday morning started bright and sparkling with a breaky at Rushcutters Bay with Milton and his folks.

Was a lovely morning and we all enjoyed the sunshine and chats whilst the boys played with the trucks and trains.

And of course with the Sydney sunshine who could help having a great start to the day.

And not a bad backdrop!
